I started on saturday to do some changes. Repaint valve covers, fuel rail cover, and altenator bracket. I figure while I have it apart I will do the BIG 3. Removed the stock battery for some elbow room and when I set it down the sides had started to bulge. Hooked up a meter and it was at 12.7 volts. The car is an 02, 2 door cav with 53000 KM on it. It has an upgrade stereo, IPOD adapter, and satellite radio. I figure while I am at it I may as well replace the battery. Question is which yellow top do I need? Either the 34/78 or the 75/25. Also where is the best (price) place to get them. I am heading to Detroit next wednesday so if anyone knows of any stores between Port Huron and Dearborn please let me know.

Just call around for prices. Ordering one online is tough 'cause shipping will kill you. There is a place near me that has always had good prices on batteries. Batteries Plus. I'm not sure if they are nation wide, but they would be a good choice to start.
34/78 is what I have. Fits perfectly (even using the stock tiedown bracket)
I know Auto Zone hase them near me, not sure on price tho.
