I have a 4awg wire grounded to the bottom of the spare tire opening under the floor on mine. I have the paint scraped, a ring terminal, and electrical tape and I get ground noise also. I have tried many locations around there and no good. basics, I know the shorter the wire the better. I plan to buy a
Grounding Block and hook it up through that, mabey that will help you.

"Laying in bed one night, I said "Where did I go worng?". Then I heard a voice say "This is going to take a while..."
Use one of the studs for the lower rear seatbelt. 18mm nut.
Justin your ground might be to long thats why you get ground noise
Kardain... do you have pics of this.. i've heard but not actually undrstood the concept of that

The noise may also be induced from any power wiring close to the rca cables or even damaged rca cables near the chassis.
that too.. but on topic b4 the forum gets jacked.. anyone have any pictures of the ground

there are holes on the triangular metal peices holding up the rear decklid (what the rear speakers mount to) that are hidden behind plastic trim. pull the round plastic plugs on the rear decklid, and pull them towards the front, that will reveal the holes, i use those...works great for me, no ground noise.

i grounded mine once to the deck lid. worked fine. also then tried grounding to the tail light bolt. worked fine. i now have it on the rear seat seatbelt bolt, and works fine.
that seat belt nolt is what i'm trying to get pics for...... thats what i need

i might be able to grab u a pic tonight
The other trick I use to avoid group loop noise, is when I run my remote wire, I make sure I run two wires. The 2nd wire I connect from the headunit ground to the amp ground terminal. Has done the trick in multiple cars on avoiding any ground loop noise. Now that is not a fix-all for having a bad ground, but can help out if you just can't get rid of the noises.
BTW, my amp is grounded on the seatbelt bolt as well. Sorry, no pics. Way too lazy to even consider taking my car apart right now.
my amps are on the back of my back seat. the wires are no more than 3 feet long.

ok i got some for of an idea... i say this beacuse my install as of now consist of 2 kicker l7 15's ir was 4 but the way i had the setup the sub's excursion cause it to hit the box of the other set of 15's sitting infront of it so i was afraid of it damaging the sub.... i took one set out and the ground shifted or did something and now i have that noise and all.. moved it and did it all so i was force to come with another option and ask the family on the org.. PICS would be a great help as i am better with the visual then i am with the verbal lol

No pics, but just pull your back seat out and right in the middle of the floor is the middle seatbelt anchor. That is the bolt lots of us have used. If you pull your backseat it is fairly obvious what we are trying to describe.
Ok I'll do that in the morning , i think i have an idea of where its at now

Weather's been crap the last couple days. If you pull up the rear seat, its where the seat buckle bolts to.
its cool man.. i just sripped out everything.. carpet.. seats.. dash.. wiring.. subs amps and all... so i' saw the bolt everyone was talkign about I think.. and i'm gonna redo it all tomorrow morning.. plan on it becoming an allday thing

Self tapping screw and a ring terminal... sanded the paint down. I dont' get any noise at all, I'll take a pic if u guys want.
just use a 3/8" bolt and a nut with a washer, drill a damn hole through the floor close to where you amp is mounted and ground the thing. Seems to me your making it a bit more difficult then it really is.
