-Negative E Brake Wire For Remote Start

Hey guys, i've got the passlock 2 kit hooked up and all the starter wires and acc wires ran perfectly.. I'm stuck on the negative e-brake wire. The remote starter requires that i hook it up. Anyone know where it is? Ive looked everywhere. It's a 2005 cav

Are you sure its the E-brake wire, and not a brake wire? Usually on remote starts it asks for a brake wire. Unless the car is manual and the remote start is manual-safe. The brake wire can be found at the brake pedal, the e-brake wire is found at the e-brake switch. Just test the wire.

Yeah it is a manual safe module. But i'm not going to hook up the clutch bypass right yet.. Thank for the info worked great! One more question though. Can i just leave a wire in the clutch switch plug for a ghetto bypass for acouple days?

i would hook it up....cause some systems require it to be pressed after arming or what not...so if u leave it triggered then it might disable the system

I've got one last thing to hook up.... The starter wont enter ready mode... So i'm guessing this is because i havent hooked up the door sensor wires... Do our cars have a negative input or posative input, and where is the wire located and what color.. Lol thanks!!
