WHAT TYPE OF ADAPTOR DO I NEED TO GET THE Pioneer AVIC-N2 UNIT TO WORK AND ANY OTHER THINGS I NEED TO GET IT TO WORKING AND WHERE DO I GET THIS STUFF

well it comes with everything you need except dash kit, harness and antenna adapter. Depending on the year of you car the harness may differ and there are choices on the 00+ with the chime module i work at circuit city and i say don't bother just don't leave your lights on and save yourself 120 bucks. Other than that it's a fairly easy install just need to install the seperate brain, put it under the pass seat will fit nicley and its easy to run wires. Just to let you know there is no way to bypass it, we've tried on our own cars and it won't work the GPS knows when your moving and will shut the screen down. Just a heads up! actually there is a way to bypass the n2-n3 with a drop of solder in a special place. i too work at a car audio shop and it works.
Y a the drop of solde wrk butwhen you hit acetain mph the gyro systemfor the navi shuts t down because it knowsyour moving and like Just dave said if you have a problembye bye warranty on a 1800 dollar unit. The Z1 is awsome a co-workerhas it inhis 350z andits awsome. But a lot of doe if your not going to use navi get th panasonic you can find them on ebay for like 650 and wereselling it at CC for like 800 kow. Nice unit goog sceen and you cange it in double din or single! I stilldon't know what yearyour car is buthere are the parts you need....

hey thanks for all the info umm i own a 03 cavalier and just bought the pioneer n-2 system. i went out last night to circuit city and bought metra 80-2003 will that work with out any problems besides not haveing door chimes thanks alot
