Lets imagine
If I had an oscilloscope, but it was non-functioning under 60hz, and I set my amp so that it was just below clipping level @ 60hz. Is it possible that the amp would be clipping @ 40hz or 20 Hz, or would it be alright to tune it this way?
very possible to clip the signal down at 40 or 20hz.
