My deck says err all the time and when i put in a cd it pits it back out and reads err again. What can i do?
Busted. Take it in/Send it in and get it fixed. Does it happen with all CD's (originals and burned copies)?
Theres actually a guy on e-bay who fixes decks. I've heard nothing but good things about his services.

Maybe try to unhook the battery overnight to see if that might help. I did that on my g/f's 97 Sunfire a few times when the radio displayed the ERR, and it went away.
