Massive Audio

I was just wondering if any of you have ever heard of them or are running any of there stuff. I used to work at a car audio shop and we started selling there stuff when it came out and I wanted to give them a try just to see how there stuff sounded and held up. Needless to say that was about 2 years ago and I replaced the factory speakers and put 2 of the second to the bottom 10's in my car. When I had it metered I hit a 141.9 with a 400 watt amp pushing the 10's. Now I'm running a 600 watt amp haven't had time to take it to test out to see what I'm hitting now but I can defiantly tell a difference. Long story short I am very pleased with there stuff. I'm very had on systems and these are the only subs I've had to last more than 6 months. One thing I liked the most about their stuff is it's not that expensive. Just wondering if anyone else here has any reviews on their gear. Heres a link to there page if anyone wants to see what all they have check it out.

I don't think it is because you are hard on the subs, I think it is because you have no idea how to gain an amplifier. It is NOT a volume knob, remember that.

Ok if I didn't know what I was doing would I be hitting a clean 141.9 (no distortion in the bass) on 2 10's and a 400 watt amp. Also what I mean by being hard on subs is from the time I get in my car till the time I get where I'm going I constantly have it turned up. I have played it for at least 3 hours and longer on road trips. Every other set up I have ran the voice coils or the amp would start over heating and shut off, these subs no matter how long they play no problems what so ever.

I've never blown a sub.

I've had everyhting from Rockford, JL, Kicker, MTX and now RE Audio. I will tell you that the MA Audio 15XE that I had got pretty hot and started to puff a little I was pushing it pretty damn hard though. Never blew it completely though.

And as a side note...playing your stereo (not only the bass....highs are MORE dangerous) at 140+ DB for 3+ hours straight and whenever you go from A to B will have you deff in no time. Probably why you cant hear your subs distorting now
You'll be sorry when you get older. I know it's addicting..... but you need to protect yourself...seriously.

Well I've been hearing that every since I was 16 years old and I'm 27 now, I also just recently got my CDL's had to do a hearing test and the said I was still good. But yeah I agree I probrably should turn it down some, but like you said its addictive. After I sold my old sonoma I had to drive the cavi for about three months without a system and dang that was so boring.

Yeah... those were the kinds of prices i was hopin' to see when I went to their sight. I'm in need of some subs but I need to save some money.

So if anyone know's of a cheap (but good sounding) sub and amp combo... let me know!
