Basslink and Cadence opinions

I'm going to be upgrading the speakers in my Z soon, and I'm considering using Cadence speakers (I can get a decent deal on them through a buddy). are they good? I've only read good things about them, but it's been awhile since I read the review, and I haven't really heard them.
also, I listen to quite a lot of hardcore/heavy metal music, but ever so often I like to listen to techno, specifically D&B. will the Infinity Basslink setup give me nice, punchy bass for the rock, and still give me good low tones for the techno? I like the Basslink a lot because of it's size.
just for info, I have a Clarion DXZ845MC head unit.

thanks in advance for any advice.

i never heard of Cadence, but yes the basslink will work really good. It has enough punch to feel it in the seats, as well as rattle the hell out of the inside of the car.

I like my cadence components and my 4x6 plates. You just have to make sure you amp the components cause they sound like poo run of the deck.

Dont know much about their subs though...you hardley ever see them.

cool. converting to 6.5's in the doors, and of course 6x9's in the rear deck. no subs, that's what the Basslink is for.
thanks for the opinions.

A basslink is a sub, Its a 10" sub with a 10" passive radiator, with a 200 Class d amp and enclosure all in one.

I love my cadence door speakers. They are 6 1/2 but the only thing i dont like is how they light up when the hit hard. They got little built blue leds. Also cadence makes some of the best subs i have hear from street rides all the way to compitition. I have two 12" cadence wild beasts in a ported box in my work shop and the rattle the rafters. These things are insane and are considering upgrading to beast masters.
