I have a dilemma, i went to circut city and had them install an interface for my ipod. They installed it on my pioneer deh5800 and it doesn't work. My question is there anyone on here that can tell something simple that i am doing wrong or something cause it a 2 and 1/2hr drive over there. What it does is the external comes up and everything it reads my info on the player it just doesn't have any sound?

You should have checked and verified it worked before you left.

I did try to verify but the guy said take it home and get the maual for my cd player. Also it is just the ipod function that doesn't work.
