That is the kit that I am using.
Part I am stuck on is wiring the relays, so tell me if I am doing this right.
For channels 1 and 2, they are positive outputs so therefore.
On the relay 86 connects to the reciever
87 and 85 splice together, then to a FUSE, then to a 12v source (will any do or does it HAVE to go to the battery).
30 Goes to the actuator white whire.
From the actuator the Negative then goes back into the car to a ground point.
Unfortunatly channel 3-4 (back doors), are negative. This is where I get confused
86 connects to the reciever
87 connects to the a ground (diagram shows battery negative terminal, but will on the car work?).
85 goes to a FUSE then a 12v source (can someone recommend a wire back there i can use)
30 then goes to the BLACK GROUND wire on the actuator
But then where does the positive white wire go? To any 12V source, does it need a fuse??
Please help thanks!
a relay is just a switch that is controled by power
so pins 30 and 87 is the "switch"
pins 85 and 86 are for the coil if you have a + trigger then you connect the other to ground
if you have a - trigger then you connect the other to power
that should help
all power should be fused
the green wire is the supply power for the actuators fuse that according to what the manual says
