I just found the Pacer Underbody single color LED kit and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this kit. The only concern I have is that control module plugs into the 12V cig. socket. Arent most kits hardwired?

yea dude, most people are confused with that at first, a guy i no at my car shop was telling me that people all the time come in fustrated cuz they have to plug in their lights, the plug is just to check the color of the bulb and make sure its working (from what ive been told you just have to cut and wire, one wire ground one to a power source) I myself have used a brand called Varad, if you dont have any luck with your lights check Varad out. They are extremely good and handle all issues, i was even sent a free kit. Well goodluck

yea you just cut off the plug and wire one to a switched power and the other to a grounding point.
