running out of time

Ok. I have 2 12 inch subs and i would like to make a ported box for them. 1 of them requires 2.5 cubic feet of volume. So if im using 2, it should b 5 cu feet of volume. My measurements might be off. But i came up with 14.5'' H x 30.5" W x 15"D
If im wrong. Someone give me correct dimensions. Also, it says that i should have a certain placement for the ports and a certain sizes....Does it really matter? Im just planning on putting 4 2/.5" port tubes...2 on each side of the box....
Now on a different subject, how many yards of the box carpet should i get? (specifically for the sub box)

Here is the design im going with (summit cavs)

How many yards of vinyl should i be purchasing? Forget the black vinyl, im looking at the blue vinyl. the black is going to be the box. So im going to do things alil different. I cant get a hold of summit cav so thats why im posting.

If someone can get back with me soon that would be great
I need to order tomorrow

Thanks for everyones help

what subs are you runnig that sounds huge and you have wrong figures, 14.5 x 30.5 x 15 = 6633.75 divide that by 1728=that would give you 3.83 cu/ft depending on the wood size you want is around width 34"xheight15"xdepth18" which gives you an outside number of 5.3 cu/ft
Length x Width x Height divide by 1728 gives you cubic feet
