i run autox and it is a real beating on the car and i notcied that my temp is always way high at the end of my runs (duh), although i always open the hood and leave the car on between runs, my temp doesnt come down all that much, because the fan normally turns off since im ot actually going anywhere
my friend has an escort zx2 and he put in a fan switch so that he could turn it on between runs
is there anyway i could do this also?? i assume there is i just dont know how to wire it

ya you should be able to wire a switch in, or you can by an aftermarket kit usually that comes with a switch.
im not sure if it would help, but maybe you should get a new thermostat.
i think the ones that come in the j-s are a 180 degree or something, get a higher one.

why get a higher temp thermostat?
Dont get a higher thermo unless you want to burn up your water pump or other things. just do a search and your sure to find it. wont take to long to do either.

I really don't think you need a new thermostate or a kit. It shouldn't be that hard to do. Follow the link I posted, It should help.
i dont remember why, but i remember my boss talking about a thermo for some reason, maybe it was something related to something else.
