well i just finished purchasing my new system.....got the PANASONIC CQ-C7301U deck with infinity 6x9's in the rear.....the jl audio e1400d class d amp.....a power acoustik 2 farad cap...stinger 4 gauge wiring kit.....2 kicker solobaric S12L7 subs....rated at 750 watts rms....and a dynamat trunk kit....ohh and the subs are goin into a 1.75 cubic ft sealed box......any thoughts on what i might hit and if it is a decent setup?....gonna be getting a bigger amp soon....had this one lying around, any suggestions on an amp to get to push these subs?
That is now where near enough power for those. Really not even enought for 1...lol.
240x1@4 ohms/400 watts@ 2ohm...not even 1 ohm stable.

I have a Hifonics 1005 D-class mono amp and it pushes my L5 with agression! I love this amp and it not that heavy on the wallet either.

i know the amp is low but for now it is gonna have to work...gonna step it up to a 1200watt class d soon...just didnt have the funds for it at the time...so suggestions for an amp?
Hifonics BXi 1206D or the older model, BX1205D. THey both are going to push around 1200 watts RMS at 1 ohm. YOu really can't go wrong with Hifonics. They are a quality amp for a good price. Some poeple bash them, but most of those people have never owned a Hifonics amp. I am a firm believer in them.

That box is TINY. You HAVE to go bigger. One L7 should be in a box at least 2.3 ft3 with a 3" port. So two, ya, you need at least 4 ft3. No sealed. Please. : ) Kicker.com has tech manuals with cut lists and everything
