has anyone ever heard of or used an interfire amplifier someone just gave me one for a payment that was due model IB2900, are they any good?

Never heard of them but the stats sound alright.

Just give it a try, that's the only way to know, check out their warrantee too.

Only thing that doesn't seem all that wonderful is the signal/noise ratio of 96dB. But if you're using it for a sub, I can't see that being a big issue.

Don't take my word for it though, lets hear some other people

I used to have an interfire amp. I can't remember if it was that exact one or not, but it was a good amp, never had any problems with it.

Interfire amps are over-rated. They don't put out the power their sheet says they do.
