i built a custom box w/ my buddy and we got it all finished and i got it painted it hits great but there is a very thin gap in some parts between the box and sub...i was wondering if there is anything i can put between them to close it up better and i dont want to use silicone because it ends up looking like a%$.

You can maybe use some fiberglass.

My bad, i read wrong. The stuff that sweetnloud will work perfect, or you can get some of that at a hardware store pretty cheap too.
yea..foam weatherstripping is what i use.
