question about reflash

i guess this is in the right topic, but please move this post if its in the wrong forum. my car has been running pretty rich for awhile now, and i am just trying to figure out the best way to be able to tune her on a budget. i have been told to get a reflash? any better ideas? and is there a way i can reflash her my self? please help me out. thanks in advance.

Your modifications dont warrent an rich fuel situation, you had to do something for it to become like that.

Do you have any vacuume leaks, Good plugs, coils, grounds, etc?

i am pretty positive that i do not have any vacum leaks.(from the install on the vacum gauge from being hooked up to open, you could tell a big difference, the plugs are on the list of stuff to check when it warms up. as far as the coils, she hasnt been misfiring. the reason am saying she is rich, is becasue when she is idling, you can acctually smell the gas from the exhaust.
