Turn Signals.....
Thursday, February 09, 2006 3:54 PM
OK, I don't know if this has happened to anybody but I need help. My turn signals don't work. All fuses are good. But my Hazards work. Why don't my turn signals work?

i dont know where it is...the underhood fuse box?? but a relay is basically a switch that like...when power is sent to it, it closes another connection of higher power so ur light will turn on or w/e...i think thats right anyway...

I say if its still under warrenty.. take it to the dealer.. let them worry about it haha. they are supposed to be able to fix anything not voided by any mods. And i am assuming you havent done any mods to your signals. So let the chevy people look at it..lol

Does the arrow come on and stay lit? Or nothing at all?

First, put the hazards on and check that the bulbs are all working.

If the bulbs are good, the switch may be bad. You'll have to break out a meter to check that, or have someone test it for you.

Lastly, the relay may be shot. It's a little green box (about an inch square) above the driver's pedal (way up under the dash). I have three or four good ones sitting here if you want a free replacement.

John Lenko- Nothing comes on at all. All bulbs are working when hazards are on. So I need to check the relays under the dash?

okay bud first of all relax.

look under your dash, about to where the brake pedal is. there should be a plastic piece that you can remove easily. the relays are behind that.
