to the guys with M3's. What did you wire the turn signal into? did you run the wires to the front turn signals? thanks for the help guys.

i bought m3 mirrors with the led turn signals also, i wired up the turn signals under the dash where the main wiring harness plugs into the instrument cluster. you'll want to find the light blue wire for the left turn signal and the dark blue wire for the right turn signal. i think theres a couple of dark blue wires in the harness so i tested them with a test light and turned on the hazards to find which one it was. hope this helps.

this is a great help. one buddy said run wire to the front lamps, another said run the wire to the harness in the floor that runs to the rear, i dont know how im wanting to do this. under the dash sounds the best.

because if you wire it into the parking lights into the front bumper, and you turned on your headlights the m3 mirror led's would light up because its sending a signal from your parking lamps. thats why i wired it into the dash turn signal wires otherwise the led's would be on all the time when you had your headlights on.
