if a round port is 4"wide by 6.5" long what would a slot port size be
pi x r squared = area
PI = 3.14
R=Radius

thats the length of course what sub are you running? I would go the height of the box and maybe 1.5" wide.

running a rockford fosgate power T1 12" maybe adding another one later but for now just one, and running it off a fosgate power 1000.1 amp, the box calculations(od) will be 14" height, 18" wide, 16"length that gives me 4032 divide that by 1728= and that will give me 2.3 cu/ft od so all i have to figure out is the slot port size, like I said if a round port is 4"wide 6.5" long (which is for 2.5cu/ft box) how would I turn those figures into a slot port, ( other than a magic wand ) lol

i got the box measurments but i need to how to make the port kinda like yours but i dont the length or width or height of the port
my port length in my box is 16" high 22.75" long and 1.75" off the side and back wall of the box. I was looking on there and my box is way off from what it says. I mean it's loud and sounds good for bass prolly closer to 40hz but it could be better.
