let me know how this sounds so far, and give me some advice if needed...im buying a system and this is what i will be getting so far...a JL 13w6v2, JL 500/1 mono amp, optima yellow top, and a lot of dynamat.
what kind of head unit does everyone recommend? i couldn't get the output converter to work properly, so im going after market.....
Pioneer is always a popular and reliable choice... P9600's are sweet P860MP's are nice, both have 24 bit burr-brown dacs
Eclipse makes awesome decks - CD8455 CD8445 are really nice (8v preouts, 24bit dac)
Alpine's are also good - 9853 is ok nice and cheap.
i think that the eclipse cd8445 has my name written all over it...thank you much!
