I'm looking for a reliable online shop for speakers that also has good prices. I don't know if there are any that really stand out for good customer service. I'm looking to find a pair of 6.5" componets with a RMS of approximately 150.

like someone else said, if you are looking for factory refurbished items, ikesound.com is the best i have seen in customer service, they have always responded to my emails within the day and are nice honest people.
Just go to SoundDomain, find what you want, then go to another site and get SD to price match it.

I've heard that their service has been a little slow/behind lately.

Well...their problem is that thell sell stuff thats not even in stock.Then after waiting for a moth and never recieveing whatever you bought...they finally let you know that it's out of stock after you e-mail them a few times. I've heard this complaint from several people. I think a large part of their problems come from not bing able to keeps tabs on all of their e-bay sales. They sell so much that it's hard to keep tabs on what they have and dont have.
