I was just wondeirng if this is a pain in the @$$ to install? When I take my door panel off there is all that metal, so would I need to cut some of that out??? If anyone has a tutorial on how to do this I would appreciate it. I dont want to order this and find out it is a PITA to install...

it's easy to do, the aftermarket motors have flexible drive shafts so you don't need to cut a hole for it

I got mine from eBay but went with a complete door swap on my car, they are long gone. You can still get the spal kits for ~$70+ship on eBay.

and that includes the motors for the windows? Btw, I have a sedan....is there different kits for 4drs?

I do have the SPAL switches for a 4door that I would sell for $50, but you can get the stock switches cheaper most places

the sedan kits are just 2 2-door kits, just search ebay for "SPAL window"

If someone wants to purchase an 00-05 4door switches let me know, I have a set of switches. I also I have the 2 door version for a 95-99
where would you put the switches for the windows? I'm thinking about doing this too, but I can't fabricate anything

the 00+ ones go where the "junk dish" is in the center console, the spal ones mount on the door.

question I am doing this also, and I also have a 4-door fire, now my question is I have the factory switch already that I got from a friend but, it also has the powerlocks switch I dont have powerlocks and would love to use this.... how do it go by doing this?
^^^me also how would i use the stock switch from a cavy...
