pics of how to make a ported box

I was wondering if anyone has pics that they could show from building their box I wanna get some inside shots of ported boxes to see how they're designed. I want to use the slot vents instead of the port tubes. I am planning on building a box for my swr-1242D. Thanks everyone.

Havent had much success in finding anything over the web. I did a search and couldnt find it through here but a couple members did post their build of boxes.

Heres a link to a picture of a JL ported box its not instructions on how to make it but its the basic layout of it and how it works. just look at company sites like that or mtx and they should have diagrams somewhere. hope this helps

www.accelerator-pedal.com/l-ported-box.htm i used that for my 1st box and it worked out pretty nicely...only with the L shape if ur tuning it too low and your box isnt big enough the port will try to be too long and it doesnt work...so if that happens either increase ur net volume or make ur tuning freq higher...thats all

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
