i just got a set of projectors and they only fit 9005, no prob. but the prob is the 9006 plug doesn't fit the 9005 bulb. so can i change the 9006 plug to 9005

didnt come with an adapter? the 9005 and 9006 bulbs fit with little or no midification.. both bulbs usually fit the same plug but itf its the socket itself ur having problems with cut the little slit off inside the 9006 bulb and it will fit the socket.
