My buddie wants to buy my stock monsoon cd player off me. It came out of a 01 firegt. H ewas a 98 malibu. Just wondering about fitment issues? That is if it will fit in or not?

It should be in the back of the trunk on the left side under the carpet..Look near the strut tower.
