Hi everyone. Not really sure where this goes. I was curious if anyone has ever installed an engine block heater and what all is involved in installation. I was looking at one like this

Unless it gets below -30*F don't bother. It's just to keep you're engine from freezing, and keep the oil warm enough that the starter can turn it over still. It doesn't "pre-heat" the engine, and will not be really warm when you start it.
