Clarion head unit help...
Saturday, November 19, 2005 3:12 PM
i just finished installing my head unit a clarion dxz735mp, and i was wondering what the solid blue wire is for, i know it used to be hooked up in my other vehicles that it has been in, but since my last install i have tossed out the info sheet for the wires, so any help would be great just to let me know it was or is.

thanx.

Usually w/ aftermarket headunits...
The blue wire is for a power antenna... Alot of people will get this confused with the remote wire (BLU/WHT)- and they find their amp only works when the radio is on.
