i just bought two MTX 12's only 2 months old, with a box, with an amp and the wiring for 250 bucks. the subs are mint and theres nothing wrong with anything. my buddy simply wanted to upgrade his system. was that a good deal?

two mtx 7500 series 12" , ported box, monster cables, and a @!#$ty 300 watt amp from walmart lol.. oh. another question. im from Nova Scotia and our winters are crazy. am i still gunna be able to run these things in the winter and leave them in my trunk or is the cold really gunna screw them up?
the Thunder8000's ran for 250+each new... so i'd say its not a bad deal!
the box could prolly be better if its not built to their specs and of course you need an amp lol
