Hello. I currently have Infinity Kappa 60.5CS. My friend ended up icking both speakers on accident, and denting them. FYI I had just installed them in my doors, and did not have a chance to cover them. Anyways, he is giving me money to buy a new set. Since I have this money, I was thinking of stepping up to a better set of components and was looking for suggestions. I am very happy with the kappas, but I was just wondering what else I should consider.

PS. This is the amp I have running them.

How much money did he give you? i run kappa perfects and i guess i'm satisfied, but i want louder. go with the CDT HD-62, thats my idea next time i upgrade.

I love my boston acoustic SX60's

I'm not big on infiniti's, the mid-range is dissapointing to my ears.

I really love my JL 650CSi's got them for 250 after tax at a local car audio shop.

I don't have um in my car, but ive heard them in a store and they are amazing.
But im thinking he didn't give u enough money for um - lol.

He is giving me $160. I'm not worried bout spending more on the speakers. Actually, I'm doing the whole system after x-mas. I might be able to get a JL 12w7 for cheap from a guy I know. Not sure what amp for it yet. Also gonna upgrade these components.
