Is any one using 100 watt bulbs in thier rides and if so did you purchase a HD wiring harness? Im considering it for my wifes GT but dont wnt to fry the harness.

Hey, I fried the harness in mine with 80/100watt bulbs, I have an 03 cavy, so make sure to upgrade them.
where can u get an upgraded wiring harness for the lights? autozone?

I found a set of KYO HD harness at extremewhite.com for 22.00 bucks plug and play set up. I ordered them and the Street glow 4000k 80/100 watt from cardomains store. I'll let you guys know how it goes.................

i just bought a set of xenon bulbs 90w/100w, so i am gonna get this harness upgrade just in case as a safety precaution...Lizzy keep us posted on the kit!

I got my harness at advance autoparts, 12 bucks, made out of composite nylon, good for up to 500 degrees farenheit or 150watts
I believe I have some 100 watt Nokya 7000K bulbs, and I havn't had trouble with my stock harness.... In there for 3 months now. I guess it's luck of the draw.
so any news on the install and if pics, please provide ^^;...thank you much!

I recieved the harness yesterday, very beefy and rated up to 480 degrees. Im still waiting on the bulbs,they should be here by the end of the week.
Once i get them in ill let you guys know and post a pic or two........................
