as that title says. I have ac and heat but it will only come out the front. I think its a linkinage. I couldnt find anything specificaly related. any way figured I ask

Mine did the same thing and the dealer replaced the linkage under warranty. By the way it sounds, it is the linkage. Not sure how to fix it though, like I said it was covered under warranty.
could also be a vacuum line
sounds to me as either vacumn lines came unplugged or bad one or a few, check them you should hear a air leak if there disconected though
hmmm il listen for any leaks but its so hard to get to under all the crap evan after you get the dash off you still have a @!#$ load of stuff to get off.

I don't think your car uses a vac line.....this was a common problem on 02+ yrs. What happens is due to the poor design of the linkage cable route it gets bent or disconnected. The cure, simply bend it back into place or worse case scenario change the linkage cable. But diffenitly take it to the dealer to have their asses repair it.

i had the linkage in mine screw up as well. dealer fixed it, but then the little piece of foam that moves to direct the airflow (center of your dash, below the defrost area) go stuck in one spot, so it would not move to change the airflow to the desired location

that happened to you too!! here i thought the mechanic did it to me to be an @!#$ because i cussed him out for putting the dash pad on my roof, with the metal clips facing down, so it scratched my paint

my vents are not blowing out alot of air
I have checked all connections etc... all vents / air flow things are moving as they should be and nothing is blocking the fan (blower motor)
What do you guys think?
yeah common problem, mine does it as well
there is a TSB on this for these model years, the mode flapper door foam is jamming its operation, you might be able to pull the ductwork off to expose the flapper door and trim some of the foam off the edges to free it up. My car is a 2k so still uses vacuum actuators, and the linkage on my flapper door broke, so replacement time! (Pull-a-Part, here I come)
i got an 04 and when i first got it it only blew air out the front. Well i went under the dash and looked behind the control...the linkage was bent out of shape. I unsnapped it, straightened it out and put it back on and i was back in business!! you prolly have the same problem and you dont have to pull the dash apart for this
