ok guys well im seriously looking into satellite radio, i have a few questions though, first question is where did you mount your units at?and show pics if possible, second how did u run your antenna, i've seen them on the rear deck lid but i have 20% tint and will that make it harder to pick up signals?, and last is there anyway to prepay so i dont have to have monthly charges, like up to 6 months or 1 year?
thanks guys

Tint shouldn't be a problem. Mine's mounted on the trunk lid and it works great. I ran it under the plastic on the driver's side, under the rear seat, and through the trunk carpeting.

I believe both XM and Sirius have discounts for pre-paying anywhere from 1 year to 5 years.

I HAD mine mounted with a vent clip.. but I have the XM2Go unit and it was a hassle taking it out and putting it back in, so it's chillin in the cup holder. There's also Vehicle Specific Mounts available for the cavaliers, mounts it next to the stereo on the passenger side. The dash has to kind of be removed. If you're interested in XM, check out www.myradiostore.com for good deals and that VSM(Vehicle Specific Mount) I was talking about.
