Alright so I currently have 1 12inch premier ts-w3004spl sub in my car with a 2.05 cubic foot box tuned to 30hertz and it is really quite loud running off a 1000watt mono amp from pioneer.... but i was wonderin.... since i want it louder...cuz idno why its just somethin i wanna do but would it be louder if:

a) 2 12'' subs running off a 1000watt amp each or
b) 1 12'' sub running off a 2000watt amp

or would they be pretty similar...

two subs with 1000 watts each should theoretically be 3db louder then 1 sub with 2000 watts. careful with your hearing, at that level your most likely doing instant damage to your ears.
