Horn turns on and sticks on its own!

Not sure if this an electrical issue but the way it happens i would think it is... If it isnt move it where u like =)

I believe this is the second time the horn turned on and got stuck on during the night! I dont have an alarm... just the anti theft so i dont think its security related? Its rather anoying and loud though.

Originally we thought it was the pt cruiser thats parked right next door, figuring the alarm was stuck on. Well the first time it happened the noise stopped right when we opened the pt cruiser door and started the car. This time i didnt go outside and my parents were running around like idiots and even drove the pt up and down the street.... i walk outside and was like OMG Its MY CAR!! It had been going for a good 15 mins at 8 AM.
I hop in, and push the horn and it turns off..... !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Anyways, is this a relay, a short, a break in, recal? What? Who? When? Why? Is it a common problem? Im lost... thanks alot!

Under the airbag is a piddly little plastic connector/sleeve that has a pin (from the horn button) that pushes in, then turns... and locks in. if it breaks... then the horn stays on. I've had this happen. I put some duct tape over the pin to hold it in place.. worked fine.
