Im planning on buying Infinity 6.5" 2-Way Component Car Speaker (6010CS) for my fronts and the Infinity 6" x 9" 2-Way Car Speaker (9612I) for the rear... now I know the speakers are great and have very good reviews but what about infinity amps and subs??

If you can find an old PPI PCX-4125, that would probably be your best bet. http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1808 This one is referbished. I'm looking at the JL 300/2 myself. That's probably the next best. But then again, everybody has their opinions.

Those speakers are rated at 100 watts RMS. Look for an amp that pushes between 75 and 125 watts per channel @ 4 ohms. Also look for low THD (<0.05 and high SNR (>100).

Happy hunting

i've had my infinity reference amp 5760a (6-channel) for about a year. its had no problems powering my polk momo's (4x6 front and 6x9 rear). i don't know about how they've held up for others but mine has been great, just enough power and sounds pretty good.

Blown.

I'm not saying they're not reliable. I'm just saying that they're specs stink. http://www.infinitysystems.com/caraudio/product.aspx?ProdId='REF7541A'&Ser=REF&Cat=AMP
This is the amp that is has similar RMS to what you are looking for. Look at the SNR: 81!!! and THD is 1%! 1%!! Come on!
