ok i need to know what to check cause ive got alot of sound running through my system. when i turn the music down i can hear the rpm's and when i rev the engine i also hear the sounds get louder. plus when i turn on the lights or something youll hear it through the subs ... its very annoying cause when someone opens the doors youll hear it through them also (cause the dome light comes on) then when they shut it and it willl rumble when the light fades away.
can any of you all help me please.....
Where are your RCAs run? Do they run next to any large power wire? Are they twisted pair? Sound like you have low quality RCAs.

My RCA's are ran next to my power cable. I am using a 5 guage wire and three sets of RCA's and I am not getting any Alti noise. I suggest checking your grounds and makin sure that all of the paint was scraped off the chassis. If that doesn't work then you can get a noise filter from Radioshack.
try grounding your headunit to the body of the car.
I had this "noise", so I ran the ground cable for the stereo to the car body and it fixed the problem.
The ground loop isolators don't work worth a crap IMO.

i was going to say that. dont use the stock ground wire for the radio, wire it direct to the chasis. i had that noise and after switching my ground it went away mostly(i can hear it very low and faint and only with the volume at 0)
I own a 94 bird but I grounded my amps to one of the bolts is in the the trunk that was holding in my rear bumper. BTW what guage wires are you using as mine is a 5 guage with a matching power cable size.
