so what is a good brand of RCA cables? I've seen alot of ppl using Monster, im guessin their rather good?

Anything twisted pair will work better than untwisted.

anything twisted, but even with radio shack RCA most people won't have a problem or notice a difference (till the end comes off the radio crap ones)
