today i noticed my one light was out....i checked the bulb it works fine...but what happens is the bulb struggles (Sparks a lil bit) and goes out and a buzzing comes from the ballast i tried the ballast on the working side....and same problem....i think the ballast may be shot any ideas suggestions thanks....

i dont exactly what your saying but its not bad if they buzz.. also my pass. one takes longer then my driver one to kick on why? i dont know..lol i would just double check your wiring and make sure yoour car is on.. you may need a relay or you may just have shot your ballast i dont know im not too sure i just got my hids like a week ago..

Are you running them off the stock wiring and fuses? Or did you install a separate fused relay to power them?

I have a fused relay i installed in addition to the whole hid set up...lets see if i can clairfy...the right light and ballast works. I took the left ballast and hooked up where the right ballast is (i know the wireing is good b/c as i said it lights up) i had no luck the ballast buzzes and the bulb sparks and then goes out. i tested the bulb on the right said (with the working ballast) and it worked fine so i am thinking the problem is the ballast......

It's definitely a ballast....i had that problem once about a year ago...it was under warranty so i just got in contact with the guy who sold me the kit and he replaced it...bulbs always last longer than the ballast.....

Alright then i got a ? about the warranty...b/c i got one too....but heres the kicker i got it off ebay so do i contact that seller or the company itself (BTW i did email the company) and have not heard back the company is based out of korea so im keeping my fingers crossed...thanks
