My driver's side headlight is dimmer than my passenger one. I've tried changing the bulbs, even changing the socket itself. What else could be doing this, its starting to drive me nuts. It does it on low and high beams. Now only when I turn my headlights on the service engine light comes on, its not on during the day. Anybody know what's going on?

could be the relay needs to be replaced or the ground to the relay is lo0se or bad,happend to my buddy i changed his relay and it was fine.Its probably just not fully opening and closing so it not fully completing the circuit.Get a new relay should fix ur problem its about $12 at a auto part store

Try a search...there was a guy (extremesunfire96?) who just posted with the SAME problem. Never saw if he got it figured out or not.
