About all you can do is make some MDF ovals to replace the crappy plastic mounts.

i used some silicon on the botoom of the mounts and it works like a charm

i had that problem too. i was gonna try using dynomat stuff to fix it but it was too expensive. i went and bought a 12 foot roll of carpet padding from home depot for like 10 bucks. while i was at it i insulated pretty much my entire car behind all the plastic parts. sounds better, quieter and doesn't rattle AS MUCH.

i might do the silicone thing though. you just put it on the speaker mount and popped it back into place?
