I just can't decide how to do mine. I have a single 8" Vega sub, and 2 rather big Pioneer amps that I have to place in the trunk.
I first was inspired by this setup:
But somewhat less complicated as this is my first custom installs. For those who have done it in a cav's trunk, how did you make it and what are the dimensions? I can't seem to work out a setup that will hide the empty spaces close to the wheel well at the front of the trunk and that will allow the trunk arms to move.
Also, is it possible to recarpet the whole trunk rather easily? I would like something else than grey, black would be perfect, plus the current carpet is pretty beat up.
I remember seeing Fatalic Cavy's trunk setup and the basic design of it was pretty much what I'm talking about for hiding the trunk's empty spaces.
