Hey guys, I have a used headunit in my car, its better than the one i had before but every disc whether it has a scratch on it or not, it skips every few seconds. It will pause then keep going. I really would like to use this headunit but it is driving me insane. What can i do to fix this problem, i was thinking of going a trying to find a lense cleaner for the car.

Try cleaning the lens see if that helps. is it skipping even if you are sitting still??

yes it still skips if the car is sitting still, is their a product that i can buy to clean the lense, could i use the cd drive cleaner i got to clean the lense in my car. Thanks.

yeah just get a cd player cleaning cd and put it in. hopefully that will fix it. same cd you use to clean any cd player.
