I am looking toward building an amp rack for my car, nothing extremely fancy but something that looks good and professionnally done. I probably will be building it out of MDF then carpeting it. Plexiglass is an option also. Thanks for posting your pics

look around on yahoo images, i've found alot of custom ideas that way, mdf and carpet can go a long way, vinyl can to, plexi is an awsome idea because you can do so much with it, you can also use stainless or diamond plate and make aluminum frames and mount your amp on that, or if you good with a welder you can take lengths of chain and form designs or shapes and use that for the base, some chain and plexi would be hot and i have yet to see it in a cavy.
