What amp is a good amp for my subs? I know i've asked before but that was about the amps i had. My subs are 12" 4-ohm subwoofer, power range: 50-250 watts RMS, peak power: 750 watts RMS

A Class D sub amp is your best bet. Much more efficient than class A/AB amps, and usually not that large (meaning they're generally easier to find a place to install). If you are like any of us audio nerds and are thinking of possibly upgrading in the future, you may want to try and find an amp that puts 400-500wrms into 2 ohms that is also 1 ohm stable. That will give you more options for the future.
Off the top of my head, a D100 or D200 Mmats amp would be a perfect fit. The D100 is rated at 600rms x 1 into 1 ohm, while the D200 puts out 600rms into 2 ohms. There is/was a D100 on Ebay this morning going for fairly cheap. I have a D100 (6 years old, and still the best amplifier I've laid my hands on), and its birth sheet posted over 750wrms at 12 volts into 1 ohm. At 2 ohms I'd guess that it would put out ~400 watts (more at 14V), which would be perfect for your subs.
MTX, RF, Phoenix, Orion, Directed, Kicker, are just a few of the dozens of companies that put out great amps. Heck, my brother runs 2 Kenwood Class D sub amps rated at 500rms x 1 at 2 ohms, and in the 3 years he's had them he's never had a single problem (they weren't even warm after a half hour of test tones through his Beyond Audio 15s). He paid less than $200 Canadian (including taxes) for each amp (new), which was a hellova lot less than I paid for my D100.
Shop around and keep bugging the audio geeks on this forum. You have a ton of selection when it comes to reliable ~500wrms sub amps that won't cost you a fortune.
