I'm trying to take the door panel off of my Cavy, but it's being a bitch to me. I put my cloth behind the handle and pulled up to pop the window retaining clip. After doing this I'm supposed to be able to just pull the handle right off...well it doesn't just come off. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, please respond.

there's a horseshoe shaped pin that snaps onto the plastic handle and holds it in place on the metal shaft for the crank. If you're using a rag, pull it tight so that you have a thin flat edge, and slide it underneath one half of the handle, making sure you're still above the little plastic trim ring that inserts into the hole in the door panel... then from there just pull both ends of the rag to wrap it the rest of the way around the crank and twist it around the crank until you snag the pin and it pops off. Might take a few tries, but it works once you see what you're trying to do.
