Ok, so I was getting ready to go to work today, put the key in, turned it to the acc position and nothing turned on, I still had my lights working, etc which meant the battery was still good, but the radio, and cluster would not even turn on and when I tried to start it, it was like a completely dead battery, not even a click. Well, getting worried about being late for work, I tried again, this time the cluster idiot lights were flikckering on and off and again the car would not start. Tried it again, this time the cluster turned on, and the theft system, e brake, and abs light stayed on but still would not start. Go in call work to tell them I might be able to make it to work. Roughly about 5 minutes or so later go back out and try it again. This time everything works like it should and no problems at all. One thing I did notice was the time the cluster lights flickered it was when I would move the key to the acc position and move it a bit more towards the on they would try to light normally. Is my ignition switch going out or something else? I use this car daily for work so I could use some help asap. Have not had any problems with it since then, for the last few hours of driving turning the car off, and starting it was like it should be no problems at all. Suggestions needed! I have already elimanated the battery and also the alternator because the battery is being charged.
Thanks in Advance

Didja get the recall fixed? or did it even effect the 01s?

It's a four banger, you gotta bang it four times to get it goin'....
Hmm.... shot lock cylinder?
Bad ground at the battery tray?
I love tracking down electrical gremlins. It's never easy.
