i just bought the spal power window kit and i mounted the motor and everything i just need help with the switches. i bought the stock switches from an 01 cav for my 04 cavalier i just need some help on connecting the switches to the power window circuit breaker and i also need the find the a wire for the interior lights system closes to the shift knob. any help will do thanks.

so you got stock switchs... first off u need a connector that plugs into that switch, if you dont already have one.(best bet is go to a wreckers and cut the wires a few inches back of the connector) Once u have the connector there should be 7 wires. one wire is ground (black) one wire is power (thicker brown wire)

why didnt u just buy the spal power window conversation window swithes with ur kit? i just did the same conversion on my 98. did u have stock power windows already? if not just buy the spal switches. shouldnt cost any more then $100.

i wanted my car to look a lil stock and i really liked where the switches went in the center.

i also have an 04 cav I want to add power windows to... how did you mount/install the switches? did you have to cut up your interior?

i bought the factory switches off ebay for about 40 bucks for an 01 cavalier. they fit in the center console behind the shift knob. no cutting or anything. ill post pictures later after im done with everything. stay posted....
