Hey, sorry if this is already answered somewhere. I searched and couldn't find it. I'm looking for help from anyone that has installed an amp in a 2000 Z24. All I need to know is where I can bring the power wire in from the engine compartment to the car. I only found two grommets on the driver's side, and both were being used. Will I need to drill a new hole, install a new grommet, and caulk around it, or is there somewhere to run it through? Thanks in advance!

Please fill out your profile info. Makes it easy to tell you drill threw the clutch plate if you got an auto.

if you got a 5-speed, you drill a hole threw your firewall, and use a grommet. If you are uncomfortable doing this bring it to a reputable car audio shop.

you can also carefully cut the rubber boot that has existing wiring into the car and run it there.
