does anyone know how to program a new keyless entry remote? is it in the owners manual? 01 cavalier remote # fccid:L2C0005T, GM # 1626304799

It has to be done by a dealer with a Tech-2. The 95-99's were the only ones that could be reporgrammed by the average joe.
